Welcome to Dmts Travels. By using our website dmtstravels.com, booking transport services, or contacting us for reservations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Dmts Travels provides transport services primarily for visitors traveling to the Elephant Freedom Project (EFP) and other destinations in Sri Lanka. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and confirmation has been provided by Dmts Travels.
3. Transport Cancellation
Once the transport service has been confirmed, customers cannot cancel the transport booking, unless the visitor cancels their program with the Elephant Freedom Project (EFP).
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Arrive at the pickup location on time
- Follow local regulations and safety instructions during travel
Dmts Travels is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Changes to Bookings
We may accommodate booking changes when possible, but this depends on availability and must be requested in advance.
6. Liability
Dmts Travels will take all reasonable steps to provide safe and reliable transport services. However, we are not responsible for:
- Personal belongings lost during transport
- Delays caused by external factors
- Customer errors during booking
