At Dmts Travels, we aim to provide clear policies regarding refunds.

1. Transport Cancellation

Once your transport booking has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled unless you cancel your visit to the Elephant Freedom Project (EFP).

2. Refund Eligibility

Your payment may be refunded only if you do not visit the Elephant Freedom Project (EFP).

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Payment is non-refundable in the following situation:

  • If you visit the Elephant Freedom Project and cancel the transport service afterward.

4. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during booking whenever possible.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
